Why an online Q&A with the practice owner?
Sometimes you have moments when you would like to ask or discuss something in between, but your question is not intended for everyone. Maybe you find it difficult to ask it face-to-face, or you find it impersonal via telephone or e-mail. It may also be that you find it difficult not to always know in advance which midwife you will see next, despite the fact that our team is of course small, or you may be afraid that your e-mail will end up with a midwife you do not know that well yet. Or maybe you do not really have a connection with a particular midwife? Of course, that does not mean that you do not like the midwife, but asking a personal question is sometimes just a little bit different. At Verloskundigen Lelystad we understand that all too well.
Online Q&A: right behind your laptop
The online Q&A is intended for questions that you would rather ask a midwife face-to-face, but may find this easier in an online environment. But also if you have a short question from your partner, or perhaps with your partner, who is often still at work and therefore cannot always come to the consultation. During the online Q&A you can ask a short question to the practice owner (and also midwife) from your own online environment, on your laptop or phone. Your partner can also join in if he/she is still at work. Midwife Sanne will connect online and together you will have your own online environment. Easy, right?
When is the online Q&A?
Every last saturday of the month from 11:00-12:00 is the online question hour. Midwife and practice owner Sanne will be ready at the agreed time and log in with the link to the online environment. You log in at the same time with the same link and you can ask your question. Please note: the online question hour is only by registration and works with time blocks to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to be heard during this online question hour.
