When do you start testing?
It depends on your cycle. With a regular 28-day cycle, ovulation occurs around day 14 – so start your ovulation test on day 11. Is your cycle a bit of a mess? Look at your shortest cycle in the last six months and start 17 days before your next period. Testing twice a day – afternoon and evening – is smart, because the LH surge can come at odd times.

Tips to Rock Your Ovulation Test
For the best chance with your ovulation test:

- Check the manual – every brand has its thing.
- Stick to one brand – mixing creates chaos.
- Start on time, especially with an alternating cycle.
